1.  The quality of clothing is just has high as many name brand items but Fresh Fit Soul is a lot cheaper.  Why?

We ship directly from the source.  This saves on cost, and those savings we can pass on directly to the customer.  The trade-off is shipping time, which normally takes 7 to 14 Business Days from the time the package is shipped.  While the shipping time is much longer than standard U.S. or Major country shipping, we feel that the trade-off has value for individuals looking for a fresh fit with brand name like quality, at a reduced price.  Besides, two weeks is worth the wait!

2.  Why do my packages sometimes arrive in plastic wrapping?

We attempt to source only the highest quality products for the best value but our international partners may not always be accustomed to U.S. customer "shipping" standards.  Keep in mind the quality of the product you are receiving was hand selected to meet our internal quality standards.  As the old English idiom goes, "Don't judge the book by it's cover !".  

3.  Why does some of the the Kids clothing take longer to ship?

Some Kids and Toddler items take 7 to 14 Business Days, however; the majority of Kids leggings take 30 to 60 Days to ship.  This is due to some of our overseas partners not supporting ePacket, which is a shipping solution that features tracking and Delivery Confirmation in the Postal Service network for lightweight goods and merchandise.  As the vendors come on board with ePacket Delivery, we will provide reduced shipping times for this category as well.

4.  What is your return policy?

Fresh Fit Souls Return Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.  Customers may return products that arrive damaged or are in unopened boxes.  Damaged items must be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition in which received.  Eligible items must be unopened, in the original packaging with all accessories.  Proof of purchase is required.  For more information on returns, see here

5.  Who is Ryan Melissa?

She is a debutante, mother of three children, former runway & product model and on occasion, drama queen.  Don't tell her I wrote that last part.  She is also the source of passion and inspiration for our clothing line, and works relentlessly to manage business, family and some of our social welfare programs 24 hours a day.  She's also a very social and friendly mom, and responds to most, if not all messages.  Say hello here.  

6.  Are you a U.S. Business?

Yes, we a California based Small Business.  Fresh Fit Soul is an eCommerce solution platform, and is a product of Children of Technology, LLC.  You can find our business registration by visiting the California Secretary of State, Business Entity search website here.   

7.  What are Hidden Promotions?

From time to time, Fresh Fit Soul offers Free Plus Shipping promotions.  We don't advertise these promotions, and the items are indeed Free; you just pay the shipping cost to receive it.  We offer these once or twice a month, generally around Holidays or special occasions.  Promotion details are usually listed on the product page and usually last 1 to 2 weeks, but you'll need to find them to redeem such offers.  Hidden Promotions are part of our way of giving back to our community and loyal subscribers, and adding a bit of fun to our shopping experience.
